This unsourced subsection only talks about two concept ideas, one (Nautilus-X) seems to have been cancelled back in 2011, and the other (Nanoracks "Independence-1") doesn't have a clear connection to the ISS as a future module, and from a quick Google search ("Independence-1 nanoracks"), hasn't had any news since 2018.
